Cellular, molecular and immunobiology of the eosinophil granulocyte, focusing on pro-inflammatory effector functions in the pathogenesis of asthma and other allergic diseases such as eosinophilic esophagitis - mechanisms of eosinophil-mediated tissue damage, repair-remodeling and fibrosis are being investigated.
Alexander, KennethPh.D., University of Washington Research Interests Research Description Use of behavioral and electrophysiological tests to define the relationship between vision impairment and the pathophysiology of ocular diseases.
Art, JonathanPh.D., University of Chicago Research Interests Research Description Biophysical properties of Cochlear Hair Cells
